1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website aswas.com or engaging in the services provided by Aswas (hereinafter “the Practice”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Aswas provides a dual-pathway approach to wellness:

Clinical Psychology: Services provided by a qualified professional (M.Sc. Clinical Psychology).

Ayurvedic Medicine: Holistic nutritional and lifestyle consultations based on traditional Ayurvedic principles.

3. Professional Boundaries & Scope

Integrated Care: The client acknowledges that Ayurveda and Psychology are used as complementary tools.

No Guarantee: Healing is a personal journey. While the Practice provides protocols based on 10,000+ consultations of experience, results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To maintain the “Sanctuary” environment and respect the practitioner’s time:

Booking: All sessions are by appointment only.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a full session fee.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s journey.
5. Ethical Conduct & Confidentiality

Privacy: All psychological consultations are governed by strict clinical confidentiality standards.

Data Protection: Your personal and medical data is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).

Mutual Respect: The Practice reserves the right to terminate a session or relationship if the client displays abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
6. Intellectual Property
The “Aswas” name, logo, “Shield of Synthesis” icon, and all original content (including retreat protocols, recipes, and blog articles) are the intellectual property of the Practice. You may not reproduce or distribute this material without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Practice shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our holistic lifestyle recommendations or psychological insights. Clients are encouraged to consult their primary physician before making significant changes to their medical regimen.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Practice is registered (e.g., Karnataka, India).
